Squat Clinic

Fine tune movement patterns, maximize muscular recruitment, and learn proper breathing and bracing techniques. Each session will be very hands on with warm ups, main lift, correctives, and accessories to reinforce optimal technique and prevent injury. There is no better chance to get your form evaluated and get you on the right track for your best performance in the big three.
